No Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. Due to the nature of digital services, MyNitya operates a strict no-refund policy. Once payment is complete, you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances. By subscribing, you explicitly acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or payment processor. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued.
After Cancellation
Your access to premium features continues until the end of your paid billing period. Your birth chart data and chat history remain available.
