By accessing or using MyNitya, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use indicates acceptance of any changes.

3. Service Description

MyNitya provides personalized astrology services including birth chart analysis, astrological consultations, and cosmic guidance.

Important Disclaimer:

Astrological guidance provided by MyNitya is based on Vedic and Western astrological calculations using precise astronomical data. However, the accuracy of readings depends significantly on the precision of birth details provided by the user. Even a difference of a few minutes in birth time can alter chart calculations. Our service should not be used as a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or psychological). We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as astrology interprets planetary influences which interact with many life factors.

4. User Eligibility

To use MyNitya, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Maintain account security
  • Be responsible for all account activities

5. Subscription Plans

Free Plan

Basic birth chart generation and one lifetime question.

Premium Plan

Enhanced features with monthly question limits and priority access.

Pricing varies by region. Current rates are displayed during checkout.

Prices are displayed in your local currency where available (INR for India, RUB for Russia, USD for other regions). All prices are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice.

6. Payment and Auto-Renewal

Payments are processed securely. Premium subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7. No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

Due to the nature of digital services, MyNitya operates a strict no-refund policy. Once payment is complete, you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances.

By subscribing, you explicitly acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or payment processor. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued.

9. Usage Limits

Question limits apply based on your plan. Free users have limited lifetime questions. Premium users receive a monthly question allowance that varies by region and plan, which resets on their subscription renewal date.

Top-up question packs are available for purchase and never expire. Top-up questions are used after your monthly subscription questions are exhausted.

10. Birth Details

Accurate birth information is essential for astrological calculations. You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided. Changes to birth details may have restrictions.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to circumvent payment or usage limits
  • Share account credentials
  • Reverse engineer or extract source code
  • Use automated systems to access the service
  • Distribute harmful code or malware

12. Intellectual Property

All content and materials are owned by MyNitya or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Your personalized readings are for personal, non-commercial use only.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of content, and uninterrupted service operation.

14. Limitation of Liability

MYNITYA IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding any claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyNitya from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for Terms violations, fraudulent activity, or other reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

18. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
